PAYE & Year- end Returns



Forms P35 and SC35 - Summary of Tax and National Insurance deducted during the year.

     Due no later than 19th May each year

Forms P11D - Annual Returns of Benefits and Expenses.

     These forms are required for each Director and for each employee earning 8500 or more, who received taxable benefits and/or expense payments in the year to 5th April. Earnings for this purpose include the benefit plus any VAT element.

     Due no later than 6th July each year

Class 1A National Insurance

     National Insurance regarding benefits in the year to 5th April should be included on form P11D(b) and paid over to the Revenue before 6th July each year.
